KYOTO－Kyoto City Workers’ Union held an emergency meeting to persuade the authority to withdraw a plan to outsource nursing-care insurance services to private business owners with 160 participants. President of the union Kobayashi said that they had to fight back together with more people in order to protect jobs which should be done by the public sector.
